Ethics Hotline in Vietnam
We recognise that while factory audits provide a useful tool in identifying potential indicators of modern slavery from which to drive further engagement, they cannot provide a full
understanding of working conditions. All audits and site visits assess the presence of complaints mechanisms however, we believe that providing a range of channels for workers to raise
concerns is vital in ensuring they have effective and legitimate access to remedies which they feel comfortable and confident in using.
In 2023, we launched an Ethics Hotline in our factories in Vietnam. This means that the workers in Vietnam can reach out to Forever New directly, anonymously and in local language.
An independent third-party is available to manage any complaints, otherwise a complaint is investigated by the Forever New team and applicable in-country team.

Dokic, and Sarah Davidson sharing insight and personal stories of struggle, triumph, and why advocating for women, especially those without a voice, is important. The campaign raised just
over $30,000 AUD.
